Our Story
Realty Services Team (RST) is more than a business; it's a family legacy.
Founded in 2008 by Dave and Marilyn Myers, both seasoned agents, the Myers family has seen growth, change, and unfortunately, loss. We've weathered it all together.
Dave, who has been an active agent since 1995 and continues as the principal broker at RST, and Marilyn, who was licensed in 1997 and has since retired, started it all including the REO side of the business 25 years ago. Jodie, a member since 1994, remains an active agent. Tim was licensed in 2004 and Trista got her license in 2022.
In January 2019, the reins were passed to us, Tim and Trista Myers, and we continue to be proud owners. Tim and Trista were high school sweethearts and now they have a beautiful family with five children.

We're not just real estate professionals; we're part of the community. The Myers family, with roots dating back to the early '80s, is deeply connected to Rogue Valley. We support local youth athletics and help run a local food pantry.
Staying at the forefront of real estate trends is essential for us. By regularly attending conferences and symposiums and investing in continued education, our team ensures they're equipped with the latest knowledge.
We have a long history of selling REO properties, but we're not limited to that. We're also expanding our traditional real estate sales business, offering our expertise in all kinds of residential properties. We're still one of the top REO sellers in Southern Oregon, but we're more than that. We're a full-service real estate company with a professional approach.

Living in Southern Oregon for most of my life, I am still amazed at what our community has to offer. From rivers, lakes, and hiking trails to the many beautiful golf courses, and even all the way up to our awesome little ski resort, we are truly blessed to call this place home.
I married my beautiful bride just out of high school, and we have kept very busy raising our five amazing kids and running businesses. I got my real estate license in 2004 and have enjoyed a robust real estate career ever since. I enjoy all aspects of real estate, from helping first-time home buyers navigate the course to home ownership to seasoned investors flipping their properties and everything in between. When Realty Services Team was founded in 2008, I began to learn the ropes of the REO/foreclosure industry and have worked side by side with my dad in that portion of our business since. As the proud owners of Realty Services Team, we continue to work hard for our clients and look forward to meeting many more. I am excited and honored to be a part of your real estate journey.

I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for over 25 years, and we have five amazing kids who keep us busy and happy. We are not only a family, but also a real estate team. We own and operate Realty Services Team Inc., a full-service agency that caters to the needs of our clients. Jodie Millard is an accomplished Real Estate professional with over 30 years of experience serving the southern Oregon area. Throughout her career, she has found immense joy in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and assisting them with their real estate requirements. With a strong emphasis on communication, Jodie excels in understanding her clients' needs, multitasking effectively, and resolving challenges promptly.
Over the years, Jodie has fostered meaningful relationships with her clients, many of whom have evolved into close friends. Their trust and loyalty have been demonstrated through the numerous referrals she has received from both their families and friends, a gesture that she deeply values.
Looking ahead, Jodie is enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue supporting clients, as well as their families and friends, with all their real estate endeavors in the years to come.

Dave Myers is a devoted family man, having been married to Marilyn since 1969. Together, they are proud parents of three sons, grandparents to nine grandchildren, and great-grandparents to six great-grandchildren.
In August of 1981, Dave, Marilyn, and their three sons relocated to Medford, Oregon. After renting for a year, they purchased their current home in September of 1982. As their family grew, Dave actively participated in coaching Little League, soccer (including South Medford High JV), and serving as Cub Master. He is deeply involved in his community and is an active member of St. Mark's Church, where he serves on the Outreach Committee and volunteers at the Food Pantry, in addition to chaperoning Mission Trips.
Dave has been a licensed REALTOR since 1995 and obtained his Managing Broker license in 2007. In 2008, he and Marilyn founded Realty Services Team, which was later incorporated in 2010. Throughout their real estate career, Dave and Marilyn have assisted numerous families in buying and selling homes. They specialize in guiding first-time buyers through the home buying process and have extensive experience in handling REO properties, assisting banks and corporations in liquidating nonperforming assets.
A passionate advocate for Southern Oregon, Dave enjoys RVing, sailing, fishing, and exploring the Oregon coast. He also cherishes spending quality time with his sons on the golf course, visiting local wineries, and savoring the vibrant local restaurant scene.
